Had a fantastic time with friends! We loved visiting the James Island Festival of Lights and taking a guided tour of the city. The hotel had easy access to everything, and breakfast was always fresh and well-stocked. The staff was friendly, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

One issue we faced was a lack of attention in housekeeping, as some areas weren't cleaned properly during our stay, which impacted our overall experience.

So, I stayed here for 3 nights and loved the outdoor pool and the breakfast was pretty decent. The place was mostly clean too! But wow, we asked for more towels and they took forever to get back to us. The staff was kinda rude when we called about it. Otherwise, nice spot!

In my wife’s opinion, the lack of cleaning service during our stay was a bit disappointing, especially with young kids making a mess.

During our stay, cleaning was noticeably absent. we had to deal with no refresh of toiletries or coffee, and it left us with trash piling up. The shower also greeted us with old soap suds on the wall, making us question cleanliness right off the bat. On top of that, the comforter bore noticeable stains, which wasn’t the welcoming sight we hoped for after a long drive. Lastly, the location felt a tad distant from the historic sites I prefer, which might be a downside for those looking for easy access.

The breakfast buffet was surprisingly well-stocked with all sorts of goodies, I mean they even had a waffle-making machine. Also, the staff was genuinely friendly, going out of their way to make us feel at home.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but the experience made it acceptable.
